So, my 18th birthday.

Has been and past, but my god, was insanely fun.

First of all I get to my friends house, to find that my good friend Mike, that you might remember from Mike has a girlfriend, well that Mike bought me an inflatable woman, so thanks Mike, I’ll repay you for that you poo face.

Any who, I managed my drink, no hangover, no being sick.

Remembered the whole evening, one bloody awesome night I must say.

I finish college in 4 weeks, in 2 weeks it’s end of college exams, needless to say I’m not looking forward to it, but it must be done so I shall prepare myself, and get through it.

Also I flashed negatives so now it has sounds and what not.

Not really much to update with, but I now have a tablet from my brother, and there is inheritance money yet to come, so I’ll be letting you all know how that is spent, and how many nights from it I end up not remembering.

Being a pivot animator, I obviously have my influences and peers, Bert is one of a few that have really struck a chord with not only myself, but pretty much every other pivot animator out there.

”Alright guys. it’s official, as of Sat 10th of May at 15:49 GMT, i’m giving up pivot completely.

i might animate again in it, if peter ever makes a new version. the reason im quitting is stated thus: pivot has stayed the same for too long. i’ve had this conversation with countless people on msn which has only served to reaffirm my lack of interest in animating in pivot any more.
making something in pivot thats ‘ground breaking’ now, takes far too much time for far too little gain, whereas programs like flash and photoshop offer new challenges, at least to me.

long story short: pivot is gay lol

so anyway, here’s a little taste of what i’m working on with flash and ps at the moment.

As we all know Bert is an awesome animator, and to me he is a great person to chat to, his animation will be missed, and so will his comments on others.

I have to be careful what i say, because no dount he will read this, and have a chat to me about it, but I don’t care, he set the bar high in pivot animating, and even though he has now departed from the practise, that bar will remain a goal to countless many that wish to become name in pivot animation.

5 more days.

As a few of you may know, in five whole days, I hit the ripe old age of 18.

Which means a few things, one, I will legally be able to buy porn, but I will not abuse this.
Moving swiftly on >_> <_<

ok. I can buy alchohol, this I will most probably be abusing, but not abusing myself, just enjoying a drink or two, or ten, or more.

So I was talking to the almighty Nev, on that instant messging thang we like to call MSN, and I annoyed him to update his blog, and I said I would update mine more often, so here goes, after that nice introduction.

Ok, in 4 weeks, I will have turned 18, I will be finishing my second year of college, and I will be departing form tedious, main stream, superfluous education, and then have 18 whoe months to do as I wish.

For this coming winter, I will be departing to France, to ski for the whole of the winter season, something of which Plan B, whose real name is Alex if you didn’t know (I know his last name as well, and where he lives, and where he works, but I am not a stalker, oh no.), well, he is jealous of it.

And I’m not surprised, it’s going to be awesome, I shall be trying to get a job there, and just generally try to get better at French, and it will give me a good idea of living away from home. So whoop de doo.

Also, since my last update I think, maybe not, I’m not all too sure, I achieved the top most rank at pivot animation on Darkdemon.org, that which is an elite, and the animation that got me there is this

Re opening as such

So, I have decied that I am going to update alot more often for you uber cool people out there.

And, also, because if I don’t yadda will have a fit at me.

So, I shall, there will be a nice flash anim in a bit, I’ll edit it in when I have made it, so you can all see the loveliness, which of course you’ll all love.

I’d also like to take this chance to say thanks on Darkdemon.org for getting the forum helper poistion, I know it’s a bit late, like 4 or 5 weeks, but shut up. I don’t care.

Thanks to all those awesome-o people out there for keeping me coming back to the site, and for getting me to esentially figure out to take a career in animation, so thanks to you guys, you’re all amazing.

I shall now talk about something that has been bothering me over the past few days, and that subject is something that I can’t give a title, other than, RETARDS.

Not the disabled type, but just constantly stupid dumb people that just don’t get it, I tell you to stop being a dick, but no you carry on failing, and not paying attention to what others have to say, you just keep going oblivious to the fail you are spewing out.

So please, even if you think you’re one of these people, shut up, and keep the crap to yourself.

Ok, now that is over, the next thing that bothers me is a friend, she doesn’t get the best smiley of them all, some of you may recall it from my new animation negatives frames 508 to 517, you may just spot it.

I am talking about the one and only :3 smiley, she just doesn’t get it, thing is there is nothing to get, so stfu fag.

She knows who she is.

and that is all, I shall be updating the layout in the next few minutes, and updating some of the widgets, because alot of them are superfluous, and make the place look untidy.

wooo, holiday was fun

damn, i’m getting old, my 18th birthday is creeping up on me slowly, like small cat, that i know is there, but every time i turn around to gaze upon it’s maulish intent, all i see is wonderous youth, and a small thought of the haphazzard shananigans and tom foolery that it will eventually succumb to as it wonders down it’s solumn path of life.

Well it would seem

I am adding this blog to many different sites to increase traffic, so that once I get paid from work, and I host it, I can put on some adverts, and thus the high traffic means I get paid more, than if I had low traffic, thing is, I’ll probably start up a new blog, that has a more niche topic, I may even go down the route of how to make money online and how to get traffic to your blog in quite an easy way, that’d be quite the niche market, but also quite a general one, because who doesn’t want traffic to there website, or blog even, and who doesn’t want to make money from there blog, I dare say that all of you answered yes.

So it would make sense to give it a shot, and I’ll keep this blog here just for my animations and art.

10 anims in 10 days

I said I would do it, so here we go, I shall be making 10 animations in 10 days, simple really, I will start and finish one anim each day, this is for fun, and also for my random ideas, enjoy.

the anims are under the tab above saying 10.

I’ll be doing this in the free animation program pivot, you can make 2d animation in this program, as well as 3d if you are skilled enough
